3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before work begins
• We accept PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfers
• All prices are in USD
• Prices are subject to change with notice

4. Delivery Terms

• Standard delivery: 24-48 hours depending on service
• Rush delivery available for additional fee
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Documents delivered via email in PDF and Word formats

5. Revisions and Refunds

• One free revision included with each order
• Additional revisions: $15 each
• Refunds available within 48 hours if not satisfied
• No refunds after final delivery acceptance

6. Intellectual Property

• You own the final documents we create for you
• We retain the right to use anonymized examples for marketing
• You warrant that all information provided is accurate and legal

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your personal information is kept strictly confidential
• We do not share client information with third parties
• Documents are securely stored and deleted after 90 days

8. Limitation of Liability

DocsPro AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for job placement, business success, or other outcomes.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities
• False or misleading information
• Plagiarism or copyright infringement
• Spam or unsolicited communications

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
